Braden Eric Peters, who operates under the online persona Clavicular, has been charged with unlawfully discharging a firearm in a public place or residential property, according to legal documents obtained by ABC6 South Florida.

Peters is known in online circles for promoting "looksmaxxing," a social media trend focused on enhancing physical appearance. The charges stem from a video that allegedly shows him firing a weapon at an alligator that appeared to already be deceased.

The incident took place in the Everglades, a protected wetland ecosystem in South Florida. Discharging firearms in public areas is prohibited under Florida law, with violations carrying potential criminal penalties.
