A Volusia County sheriff's deputy rescued an unresponsive 68-year-old woman from the ocean at New Smyrna Beach, according to the Volusia Sheriff's Office.

The rescue was captured on video footage that the sheriff's office later shared publicly. The dramatic incident shows the deputy dragging the woman from the water.
