Three teenagers died in separate water-related incidents across England on Bank Holiday Monday, authorities confirmed.

The incidents occurred at different locations throughout the day, with emergency services responding to multiple calls involving young people in difficulty in water.

One of the incidents took place at Leadbeater Dam in Halifax, where police were called at approximately 3:20 PM on Monday. The victims included a 13-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl who died in separate incidents.

The deaths occurred during the August Bank Holiday, when many people traditionally visit outdoor recreational areas including lakes, rivers, and other water features across the country.

Police and emergency services responded to each incident, but were unable to save the teenagers involved. The incidents highlight ongoing concerns about water safety at popular outdoor locations during peak recreational periods.
