Two people were killed and three others injured in a shooting at a shopping center in Carrollton, Texas, on Tuesday morning, police said.

The incident occurred at approximately 10 a.m. at a Korean shopping center located about 20 miles north of Dallas. According to police, the shooting happened during a business meeting at the facility.

Police described the incident as a targeted attack rather than a random shooting. The 69-year-old suspect opened fire on the five victims before fleeing the scene.
