Pop Mart, the Chinese company behind the popular Labubu collectible toys, has signed a lease for a location on Fifth Avenue, marking another expansion of the brand's retail presence in New York City.

The toy manufacturer, known for its blind box collectibles and designer toys, joins other luxury retailers establishing flagship locations along the prestigious Manhattan shopping corridor.

Separately, in Midtown Manhattan, Serafina Restaurant Group has secured a lease for the entire building at 800 Seventh Avenue, the former home of Rosie O'Grady restaurant. Landlord SL Green leased the nearly 28,000 square-foot building to the Italian restaurant chain.

The building represents a significant expansion opportunity for Serafina, which operates multiple locations throughout New York City serving Italian cuisine.

Meanwhile, luxury watchmaker Rolex is preparing to open its new headquarters at 665 Fifth Avenue this fall, adding to the ongoing transformation of the area's retail landscape.
