Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will serve as the keynote speaker at the New Hampshire Democratic Party's annual McIntyre-Shaheen 100 Club Dinner on April 25, the state party announced Thursday.

The fundraising event will take place in Nashua, marking Clinton's return to the early primary state where she has campaigned multiple times in previous election cycles. The McIntyre-Shaheen 100 Club Dinner is one of the New Hampshire Democratic Party's major annual fundraising events.

Clinton, who served as Secretary of State from 2009 to 2013 and was the Democratic presidential nominee in 2016, has maintained an active role in Democratic politics since her electoral defeat. She previously competed in New Hampshire's Democratic primary in both 2008 and 2016.

The appearance comes as Democrats begin looking ahead to future election cycles, though there is no indication that Clinton is considering another presidential campaign.
