Two men have been arrested in connection with setting a sleeping man on fire outside Penn Station in Manhattan, according to police.

The incident occurred around 8:40 p.m. on West 31st Street near Seventh Avenue, at an entrance to the transit hub. The victim was reportedly sleeping when his clothes were ignited, police said.

Authorities arrested two suspects in the case, with one described as having multiple prior arrests. A third person was also present during the incident, according to police reports.
