President Donald Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi are facing multiple lawsuits over the Trump administration's handling of TikTok's U.S. operations, with plaintiffs challenging both the approval of a sale deal and alleged failures to enforce existing ban requirements.

Two separate legal actions have been filed. One lawsuit comes from tech investors Zhaocheng Anthony Tan, a shareholder in Google's parent company Alphabet, and Garrett Reid, a Meta shareholder. A second suit was filed by a newly formed anti-corruption group.

The lawsuits center on the administration's approval of a deal that allowed TikTok to spin off its U.S. operations into a separate American-owned entity, enabling the platform to continue operating in the United States.
